YOGA at Ushvani

This Ushvani workshop is for all levels focusing on mindful breathing and a flow-based yoga class to strengthen your immune system and work on relaxing the mind. When our body is under emotional stress the physical body has to work extra hard for everything to flow harmoniously.

This workshop works specifically on the immune system, strengthening the body and the nervous system which calms and soothes the mind and will also work with some restorative positions like pose of the child and twists to travel and rejuvenate prana (your life force) to get oxygen circulating around the body strengthening the organs internally.

Come and enjoy this workshop with Deepa at Ushvani Spa where she will work with you on specific breathing techniques and movements to keep you focused, calm, relaxed and strengthen the inner self.
